Resizable tabs jarring #430

The majority of the beta testers have been pretty unhappy with how the 
different tabs resize. Make them all a fixed width that matches.

We can do things like anchor the about toolbar icon to the right of the 
toolbar, and the rest to the left to make it have less jarring I think. That 
said, if we can keep from having to worry about it that'd be better.
