设置摘要后，无法打开全文 #90

目前使用的是0.713版本，主题steven-wang，发现摘要的问题还有�
��少。设置摘要后，从文摘中点击更多内容，只会刷新界面，
不能打开正文。而摘要中含有某些code的时候会在文章打开后�
��页面的左上角出现摘要的某一行文字。
