Manacost stringing causes debugger to hit exceptions. #586

new mana cost stringing causes debugger exceptions
start a match vs any ai...
make sure your starting life is set to 2000 so youre not killed....

start advencing through the match until you trigger the exception.

ManaCost hybrids memeber array wasn't being initialized giving each element of 
the array an undefined value.  
Initialized hybrids array to contain NULL elements and toString now checks for 
NULL pointers before attempting to print out hybrids.
