Test "Thallid.txt" fails #611

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the test suite

Test "Thallid.txt" is reported as failing.

We need to fix this before we start building for release. This is probably just 
an mtg.txt error, but running the test suite is a critical thing that everybody 
should be doing before submitting.
