I can't use any of the methods for Hapara Highlights #9

GitHub is blocked and the links listed are also blocked. I tried to use SH1MMER but my school blocked me from being able to see my Chromebook version using chrome://version. Not sure what else to do here. I'm on a Chromebook Version 121
