Create Eindhoven test case

Create a 1D RR+FM model for Eindhoven.

• [x] load the model into GUI, use the function from GWSW file to convert into a delft3dfm model and save the project.
• [x] adjust the model's run time and rr rainfall. make a run for investigation. Convergence Error Found: https://github.com/users/xldeltares/projects/1?pane=issue&itemId=33439551
• [x] Remove hydraulic structures. make a run for investigation.
• [x] select region of interest (full/partial domain) and version of interest (with/without structures) to run for rainfall scenarios
• [ ] run the model for a number of scenarios

Please provide path to the model, path to the model results, documentation of investigation.

• [x] When running there are a lot of No convergence in nonlinear solver. Out of scope for this project but good to check the run time for both with structures and without structures

Checked, when without structures, average timestep (s) : 0.0999750062 When with structures, verage timestep (s) : 1.1415887110

Comparing with and without structures, the flow pattern alters quite a lot without pumps, even through the flood patterns do not alter much. However, the flow pattern is indeed significant, therefore, it is chosen to use the Eindhoven model with structures as the region of interest. A run of T2 for 2 hour takes 5 min.
