Construct function to create 1D grid from graph and create graph from 1D grid:

[ ] 1. construct 1D grid from graph, with all attributes written to the 1D variables (use xugrid). Example can be found here: https://github.com/xldeltares/hybridurb/blob/main/hybridurb/runners/runner.py#L529
[ ] 2. construct graph from 1D grid and 1D variables
