Fetch Server Error

Error Code: 591

Message: Fetch server error, The target server may be down or not exist. 
Another possibility: try to request the URL directly.

下载大文件需要目标服务器支持断点续传，如果不支持就下��

另外有些网站下载规则比较复杂，不让GAE下也有可能。
