Update README.md to add links for Duckstation's Cover Downloader #436

Duck Station also now has a cover downloader. This adds Links to get that working.

I would say it's unnecessary to add full instructions there since they would be on the dedicated PS1 Covers repo which is separate. Personally I'd just put a "related links" section

Good point, didn't notice that there was an other repo, But this brings up the question, why are they 2 separate repos, in my opinion they should be merged into one repo
