[SLUS-20302] XG3 Extreme G Racing - Missing cover #481

Here's a very high quality scan of the SLUS version of the game, missing in both default and 3d templates. The PAL release is also missing.

I don't have Photoshop to execute the action scripts, so I'll figure out how to do the boxes wihth Gimp.
