No cover comes up for Ninja Hayate, "Time Gal & Ninja Hayate (Japan) (En,Ja) (Disc 2) (Ninja Hayate)," SLPS-00384, which is disc 2 of the two-disc collection Time Gal & Ninja Hayate (J).
