many videogame fonts have issues with uneven spacing when it comes to numeric characters. usually its not a problem, but in some instances it is. for example when playing an RTS game, where you constantly have to look at resources/numbers, or when playing any other game that has a timestamp in the chat:

this can be fixed by moving the 1 slightly to the right, and adding nearly invisible pixels to the side:
