Upload javadoc for 0.2 to github pages #15

Structure should problably be something like /latest/docs/index.html

Been trying to get the javadoc live on github pages for quite some time but just cant get it to work. Got an issue with Github here: http://support.github.com/discussions/repos/4743-just-cant-seem-to-get-gh-pages-to-update

The javadoc is finally up @ http://xlson.github.com/groovycsv/docs/0.2/javadoc

It seems there's a bug with github pages and using http to push changes,. The pages will not update if you use http, use git over ssh instead (the old way).
