Add visibility into socket connect failures for Chrome/Firefox #121

wptdriver only includes requests where the request data was included.  In the 
case of socket connect failures they will be invisible and lead to a 20-second 
gap in the waterfall (which makes it really hard to identify the issue and fix 
it).
