Ability to get fullpage screenshots #136

We harvest screen shots from WPT and then visually compare them. It would be 
nice if we could specify an arbitrary aspect ratio for the browser. We would 
then use this to be able to get full page screen shots so there is no "below 
the fold".

Do you want an arbitrary aspect ratio or to still run the browser at a specific 
size but capture all of the loaded content (including any vertical or 
horizontal scrolls but not triggering infinite-scroll code)?

I assume what you want is a way to capture the full page like webkit does but 
still run the browser as it would normally run.

Full page screen shot is what we want to check for visual problems so a way to 
capture the full page like webkit does but still run the browser as it would 
normally run would work for us.
