Allow filmstrip view of completed runs on incomplete jobs #151

If I start a job with many runs, the results page provides a filmstrip link as 
soon as the first run completes, but if I click on that link it says "Please 
wait while the tests are run...".

Ideally I could view/compare any completed run(s), even if the job is still 
running.
