hello, I would like to ask a question about your TE annotated script.

RepeatMasker -pa 24 -div 22 -cutoff 250 -gff -lib barthiiSpecificTelib.fa -nolow -norna -xsmall barthii.fa

Where is the lib file ”barthiiSpecificTelib.fa“ or how did you get it?

Hi, this lib was created by merging the output of repeatmodel and TE sequences for rice in repbase !

I can't download the latest TE fasta.file from the repbase website, may you help me to provide the TE sequences in repbase? Then just cat this two files?
