Found debug errors on vs2022 ,The program emits something like this 'Error processing 'configurationDone' request. Unable to start the Microsoft Visual Studio Debug Console. Windows 找不到文件C:/Program'

I found that using externalTerminal may cause errors, while internalConsole works perfectly fine

目前来看这个bug应该还没修复，刚才测试了一下，其他shell确实不支持，改回cmd才行
