cmake的vscode插件当选中一个 target 之后，即使重启vscode之后还是会选中 target，但 xmake 的 vscode 插件在重启 vscode 之后被选中的目标会变为 default。
希望和 cmake 插件一样在重启 vscode 之后可以记住最后选中的目标
