Instructions for training on custom 2D/3D dataset? #4

Hello, this is an interesting work- will you guys be able to release instructions for training on custom 2D/3D dataset? I want to apply this on histopathology images.

Thank you for your interest in our work! If you want to train on your own 3D dataset, you may wish to modify the json file as mentioned in #2 to load your own 3D image as the reference/moving image. Then everything else should be the same.
