Second try to fix issues with Postgres #23

Let's see if any tests fail on mysql as before. Otherwise this should fix issues #9 and #16.

It is failing, will look at it later this week.

Only the test WlIssueQueryTest fails now, most probably ordering issue. I do not know how to properly fix that.
