What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use an e-mail address containing a plus sign in your document. Such e-mail
addresses are e.g. used by googlegroups: mylist+subscribe@googlegroups.com.
What is the expected output?
The mylist+subscribe@googlegroups.com e-mail address rendered as clickable link
(in xhtml output).
What do you see instead?
mylist+ is not part of the link.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
