How do you edit enzymes and alleles? #12

How do you add alleles to an existing enzyme? How do you edit an existing enzyme? (editing an enzyme should probably not be available to normal users)

There will be in-place editing in the table, which is not yet ready.

Implemented since f0814329ab11a2e30cf9f342a4835332da18743e. Double click in a table cell activates in place editing. There are brief instructions in the right (help) panel. One has to be logged in for updates to succeed.
