automatic linking to doi references #23

if a reference starts with doi: a link should automatically be generated to http://dx.doi.org/ when viewing an observation

For example http://dx.doi.org/XXX for the reference doi:XXX

Done for the read only observation page (see XMETDB19) .

could you add so that it works for capitals as well? i.e. both doi: and DOI:

Done. Any combination of case will work.
