Add fileDialogPath to new preferences menu #177

Somehow that was not ported from the old settings menu.

Workaround The option is still read and accessed. However the GUI doesn't allow the user to change it. It can manually be set in the user.properties file.

fileDialogPath=/path/to/your/dir
