~Need to discuss~ Discussed on 7/17:

• TTLConfig
• OptionsConfig and logic - makes sense to be moved to ancla or keep in webhook-schema
• Old ancla had an option called CheckUntil that used jitter, maxTTL and now func - do we need to add that option back in to webhook-schema? As of right now we don't use jitter or now func for the validation options
