Moved from glide to modules and changed folder structure #11

@schmidtw, I'm wondering:

  1. do we still want this in the xmidt repo, which seems to be just an amalgamation of stuff? or should we separate some of these concerns? (we have this, a simulator in bash, an architecture diagram, and docker deployment stuff)
  2. if we keep it here, should I put it in its own folder instead, since we seem to have so many other things in here?
