Add support for WebComponents #175

Consists of the following parts:

[x] Support for distributed nodes
[x] Traverse shadow DOM of custom elements (eg. <x-sphere>)
[x] Parent node abstraction for custom elements
[x] Adapt all id referencing to work with shadow DOM document fragments
[ ] Possibly put <canvas> element into the <xml3d> element's shadow DOM
