Improve the control users have on texture filtering.

Desired behaviour:

Default for magFilter is linear
Default for minFilter is trilinear (linear-mipmap-linear)
If the current minFilter mode requires mipmaps:
- if the image is NPOT, it gets scaled to next highest POT and a warning is printed to the console
- mipmaps are generated using generateMipmap
