if i open url:"skyme.com" ,then the tool isn't work, rules value must 
be"http://www.skyme.com" 

I suggest that the rules in the value of the "http://" with "*" instead, so 
that would be better.

You can also add rule "http://skyme.com/*"
For QvodPlayer, you can also use the CLSID rules unless the page detects your 
browser.
