The log appears empty.
Please be noted that the logs are cleared after the page is closed unless the 
"tracking" is checked. Please check "tracking" in the log page, then send a 
complete log again. The log page will pop up after the webpage is closed.

If the logs are still empty, that might because there's no ActiveX controls on 
that website at all. This can be incompatibility of JavaScript or HTML or sth 
between browsers.

Can you try adding the rule manually, and add "dynamic ieevent" to the last 
column and try again?
