The ActiveX try to open a new page, but fails

When was the last time the site was successfully worked with Chrome ?

Never worked. This site only work on IE. I was trying to use this extencion to 
make it work

[GoogleCodeExporter]

This control tries to get certs from the browser, which is not supported by 
this extension.
