Popup to show status #74

When an ActiveX object is detected, show a pageAction. Use gray icon if any of 
the objects is not enabled.

List all rules already applied and those can be applied for disabled objects.

Done. Support 3 status: ok, disabled, error.
Support auto-enabling, share on sns, issue report.
