2.input id/pass/code, submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Failed to get commit object

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
It can't get object by scanning throughout document.all
reference count is incorrect.

Fixed by using workaround scripts. Use none2block to load commit object.
Because all the information has been filled, call form.submit() after it throws 
the exception.
