Improve XML serialization and processing logic

• generate the sheet URL from the ID manually when processing all sheets within a Drive folder and use it in sheet-url attribute instead of the folder URL
• Remove multiple purposes parsing from CSV
• Update XML schema generation to have only one Inventory per Product element
• Add sheet name (spreadsheet title) to the sheet-name attribute
