3 years ago I am interested in this too. I got my X1 6 gen to wirk with the usb-switch after installing the dell linux driver (https://www.dell.com/support/home/de-at/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=chj38) but after the next reboot I got error 1802 (unauthorized card) and couldn't access my notebook until I removed the card.
Hi, thank you for your work. By any chances do you know how to change the ID of a dell card into a Lenovo ? Similar to this ?
