Add support for non-32b data widths in I2S #99

Currently only verified at 16b.

16b 192kHz 8i8o Master operation currently fails, in contrast to lib_i2s where this passes. Issue raised as AP-369.

Closes AP-316.

Tests have failed. However, we know there are issues with the test runners. Merging as manually verified.
