Change sigma_xx_shift and gamma_log2 to match py_aec and not 3610 aec

• Fixed a discrepancy between python and Avona in the way inverse X energy is calculated.
• Added a python pipeline that just runs py_aec followed by python AGC for now.
• Added support for running the python pipeline as part of the pipeline tests.
