Tuning guide and other documentation improvements #399

This issue captures documentation feedback from the field.

Tuning Guidelines

The most common request is: "Do we have any documentation for how to tune the pipeline parameters?"

AGC

With default settings, amplitude of the ASR output looks quite low. Raising the AGC parameters ".gain" and ".max_gain" values in aga_profiles.h looks effective but the range is note stated in the page: https://www.xmos.ai/documentation/XM-014785-PC-6/html/modules/voice/modules/lib_agc/doc/src/reference/defines.html I tried to modify the gain values from 1000 to 20000 and it looks effective for values in between but I do not know if there would be an upper limit.

@andrewdewhurst decided will will not be providing a tuning guide. We will reopen this issue if necessary in the future.
