Remove examples other than app_usb_audio_awe #36

These are available on the develop branch until f67f402013e38d198b81f1289a6ef2b70991c611 and may be forked from there if needed. They are not documented and require work to be updated to the XU316 v1.1 HW if needed (app_usb_audio_awe already has had this done)

Looks good.

Maybe we should have a build config UA_SMALL of similar. Looks like the effect of MINSIZEREL could do with a tidy up though.

Yes agree - a smaller size release would be good. Do you think it's worth documenting how to reduce the image size through use of awe_module_list.S?

Yes, I think this should be part of the the documentation.
