Standardise doc structure & build
(what was in #61)
Changes to make the document build as we want it for presentation on the website (separate readme html renders and pdfs etc).
Also change the dir structure to match other libs and the an02016 repo.
This repo actually has a different structure (doc dir outside of lib_awe dir) I think this is actually better and something we should move to in general.
