Makefile Should specify "-fxscope" #50

The wscript will need updating too. Alternatively I think we could leave the Makefile and wscript as they are, and instead add a config.xscope file.

This test is for the functions that process data coming out of xSCOPE and not the actual xSCOPE transport

I might be missing something. But it seems to me that enabling xSCOPE in build of this test would only serve console output from the test itself. There isn't much console output from the test itself at all.
