xmostest now deprecated.

Note, xmostest py2, test_support py3

I've ported the majority of tests present here on the SDK repo, happy to/intend to copy those tests into here as well - see https://github.com/ACascarino/xcore_sdk/tree/hil_new_tests/test/hil/lib_i2c
