Changes:

• Build examples with xcommon-cmake and build for only the XCORE-AI-EXPLORER target.

• Build tests with xcommon-cmake. Build tests for XCORE-200-EXPLORER and XCORE-AI-EXPLORER targets.

• Run tests with pytest and pyxsim instead of xmostest. (Found an issue related to prints ordering that is captured here

  The Jenkins run time is down to 13 mins from 43 mins

• Modify Jenkinsfile to follow the template described in https://xmosjira.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UAAI/pages/4233101313/XCommon+CMake+in+USB+Audio+Libraries#Jenkinsfile-template

Not changed:

• The documentation is still built with xdoc.
• The documentation is not updated to reflect the HW used and xcommon cmake based build flow. Since these sections need to be common for all app notes, I'll update these once we have a template for these that we agree on.
