Alliance memory AS4C16M16SA does not work with current controller #17

Using improved setup code (see https://github.com/xmos/lib_sdram/issues/12) Appears to be problem with unreliable write. Read generally returns same contents each time but new writes are being ignored.

Fixed by moving prints to xscope
