Andy,

I've added another app note the examples directory of lib_tsn to illustrate 10/100Mbit endpoint on SliceKit. The app note is the same format as the two GBe ones for consistency.

XDOC and XMAKE build successfully and i've been working with the endpoint for a couple of weeks now.

Let me know if there is anything else I need to do to complete this.

Had a quick check and it looks OK. Will accept the pull request so that we can put it through the buildbot process.
