p_mclk_in set twice if audio and PDM tiles are the same #47

First time before entering usb_audio_io. Second time before entering pdm_mic. Are set to the same thing, p_mclk_in_, so no harm. But could cause confusion.

Unsafe pointer to p_mclk_in now removed (was a quick work-around to get XVF stereo operational)
