Removed references to old API function XUD_SetDevAddr() #350

XUD_SetDevAddr.c is still mentioned in xmos_cpm.cmake in the root directory of lib_xud (not sure if that file is even needed since it doesn't appear to be used anywhere - looks like a partial cmake implementation that wasn't finished?)

This was part of an experiment to use CPM rather than getview. We probably should re-visit at some point but can be deleted for now.
