Test dfu 1.1 changes #252

Merge after merging https://github.com/xmos/lib_xua/pull/404 and https://github.com/xmos/hardware_test_tools/pull/2.

Before merging,

Update lib_xua version in deps.cmake to head of develop.
Change copyArtifacts path in Jenkinsfile from XMOS/lib_xua/PR-404 to last passing on lib_xua develop.
Update the hardware_test_tools submodule commit.
