fix don't make i2c device timing issue #12

fix module initialization and sys file system access timing issues. It happens that /dev/i2c-1 is not generated.

It is not clear to me if this pull request is related to the issue #13 or if they are separate problems.

We no longer build the drivers that this issue mentions. Hence I have closed it.
